# More Than Ice. A Partner You Can Count On.

> Ice Cube Xpress began with one stubborn belief: a business or family running low on ice deserves a real person, a quick answer, and a delivery that actually shows up. So we built a local team to do exactly that across Northeast Florida and South Georgia.

## It started with one too many runarounds.

Anyone who has waited on a big supplier knows the feeling — the call center, the hold music, the next-day window, the delivery that never came. We watched stores, restaurants, and event crews get treated like order numbers when all they really needed was ice and a straight answer.

So we did the simple thing the big guys forgot. We stayed local, picked up the phone ourselves, and made every drop personal. Existing customers have no order minimum, new customers have a $100 minimum, and everyone gets a straight answer.

## The Moments Where Our Team Thrive

## The small things are the whole job.

### There is always a real person here.

No phone trees, no ticket numbers. When you reach out, you reach us — and we answer like your day depends on it, because it usually does.

### If we say it, we mean it.

Timing, access notes, quantities, the delivery window — we treat the details like the promises they are.

### Your day matters to us.

A freezer running low or an event on the clock is not a small thing to the person responsible for it, so it is not a small thing to us.

### We know this place.

These are our routes, our towns, our neighbors. We deliver where we live, and it shows.

### Clean, cold, and ready.

Made with filtered water and bagged hands-free, so what arrives is ready for the freezer, the cooler, or the next round of drinks.

## Trusted by Businesses Across Northeast Florida and South Georgia.

We are a local team that grew the old-fashioned way — one dependable delivery at a time.

01. **It started with a frustration** — Too many businesses were stuck waiting on suppliers who's timelines didn;t kline up with the customers.
02. **We saw a better way** — Be responsive. Pick up the phone. Confirm the details. Show up on time.
03. **We built it close to home** — Routes across Northeast Florida and South Georgia, run by people who actually know the areas.
04. **We earned trust one bag at a time** — No flashy promises — just deliveries that kept showing up until customers stopped worrying about ice.
05. **And we are still at it** — Same local team, same phone number, same belief that running out should never be your problem.

## We deliver where we live.

From Macclenny and Jacksonville to Lake City, St. Augustine, Valdosta, and Brunswick, these are the towns we call home. Order from us and you are not reaching a warehouse three states away — you are reaching the same local crew you pass on the road and wave to at the county fair. That is the whole point.
