## Frequently asked questions

### Do you deliver ice the same day?

We will restock as quickly as possible.

### What bag sizes do you offer?

We deliver clean, hands-free 7 lb, 10 lb, 16 lb, and 20 lb bagged ice. Not sure which fits? Tell us how you will use it and we will help you choose.

### Do you offer recurring delivery?

Yes. Business customers can set up daily, weekly, or custom delivery schedules. Share your location, volume, and preferred window and we will build a route that fits.

### Where do you deliver?

Across Northeast Florida and South Georgia. In Florida: Baker, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Flagler, Hamilton, Nassau, and St. Johns counties. In Georgia: Charlton, Clinch, Echols, Glynn, Lowndes, and Ware counties. Send your address and we will confirm availability.

### Can you deliver ice for events?

Yes. We deliver to scheduled events such as weddings, festivals, venues, school functions, church events, and community gatherings. We do not deliver to unscheduled home parties.

### Is there an order minimum?

Existing customers have no order minimum. New customers have a $100 minimum. Contact us to confirm delivery details.

### How much ice should I order?

Tell us your event type, guest count, or business use case and we will help you estimate the right quantity and bag mix.

### How far in advance should I book?

For events, please book at least one week in advance so we can lock in your delivery window. For urgent restocks, call and we will move as fast as inventory and routes allow.

### How do I confirm and pay for my order?

We confirm the order details with you directly before delivery and review everything with you at that time — no surprises, just clear confirmation.
